Here we are folks. Get on your Wii and download the brand spanking new Mega Man 9 in all its 8-bit glory. You heard me right, Capcom jumped head on on the old school trend to bring us back the little blue bomber NES style. It’s a joy for retro gamers that can only hope for more. How about a new 8-bit Contra Konami? Or even better, bring us back our old blocky Mario Nintendo! The list can go on and on so, let’s just make sure Capcom’s getting a lot of money with this and the message will be sent.

Ho, and take a look at this box art. Pure 80’s goodness! No you can’t get one, it’s for the press! But, keep an eye on the Capcom store since they’re thinking to put up 200 of these for sell. Getting one is getting a bucket of gold if you ask me.

You can expect the game to be available on the Playstation Network on the 25th of September and on Xbox Live Arcade the 1st of October.
